The Design Manual is intended to establish minimum levels of design and regulatory guidelines that the City has adopted as part of the Planning and Zoning code for the defined parcels fronting on Mayfield Road and SOM Center Road. This manual shall be used to provide additional guidance on the design qualities of buildings and sites within the defined districts.
