Admission Passes

Registration Aquatic Center Season, Guest, and Daily Passes

Mayfield Heights Aquatic Center is only available for Mayfield Heights and Mayfield City School District (SDR) residents (Gates Mills, Highland Heights, and Mayfield Village). Proof of residency is required. A photo I.D. (ex: driver’s license) with a current Mayfield Heights or School District address on it.  If your driver’s license address is not current, a gas or electric bill or rental agreement must be provided to show proof of residency.

Season Passes can be purchased at the Aquatic Center during business hours. 

Eligibility

Only Mayfield Heights residents and School District residents (Gates Mills, Highland Heights, and Mayfield Village) are eligible for a season pass. 

ID Requirements for Season Pass Purchase

All Mayfield Heights residents and School District residents (SDR) must have a photo I.D. (ex: driver’s license) with their current Mayfield Heights or School District address on it.  If your driver’s license address is not current, a gas or electric bill or rental agreement must be provided to show proof of residency.  Birth certificates are required if adding a child. For a school-age child's pass, a report card or showing the child’s Infinite Campus profile on your mobile device is required. A Lost ID or Pool Pass replacement fee is $5.

2023 Season & Daily Pass Prices

*Family Pool Pass Policy: A family includes two adults, any unmarried children 21 years and under residing in the same home.  Extended family and friends must be paid separately.  Two adults living together must get individual passes. For each school-age child getting a pass, a report card showing the student’s name and address is required. Youth under 12 years of age must be accompanied by a paying adult 18 years of age or older. 2023 Day Campers from Mayfield Heights or the school district will receive a $20 credit towards their family pass.

***The 10 X Family Punch Pass: All family members who plan to use this pass need to prove residency. The punch pass fee is non-refundable.

Guest Passes

Season pass holders and Mayfield Heights residents may purchase guest admissions—a maximum of 4 guests per visit. Management reserves the right to limit the number of guests.
