Is door-to-door solicitation allowed in the City?
Constitutional law allows door-to-door solicitation. Solicitors must register with the police department and wear identification visible to the public. Soliciting may be done only between the hours of 1 p.m. until 9 p.m. Visit city hall to register for the "No Solicitors" list. Solicitors may not call upon a residence that is on the list.
